All prices are quoted excluding VAT per case. All goods remain the property of Southern Synergy Ltd until paid for in full. Southern Synergy Ltd reserves title in the goods until any debts due to Southern Synergy Ltd are paid. Should the applicant not be available to receive or make payment for goods then Southern Synergy Ltd reserves the right to charge a £25 administration fee for a wasted journey. Southern Synergy Ltd reserves the right to charge a monthly interest at 2% above the base rate of Barclays bank from time to time on overdue accounts. Southern Synergy Ltd reserves the right to change prices as a result of fluctuations in supplier prices, currency, excise duty or VAT. Prices are subject to VAT. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure compliant labelling of any products purchased. Labels with UK compliant ingredient and nutritional information are available upon request.
